Cute builds but disappointing figs

December 23, 2024The micro figs in this set were very puzzling. Apparently there are other princess micro figs so this may help people complete their collections but the other calendars have full minifigs. Also, despite their smaller size, none of the princesses fit under the archways of their castles/homes. Some were able to be placed on subsequent builds, but two remain un-placed and are top heavy and fall over at the mere thought of a breeze, even with a 1*1 plate underneath for a tiny bit of base support.
For a set that would be a great intro to Lego for young boys and girls who love Disney, I'm disappointed for them that their play options with this set would be limited by the figs that don't fit AND can't hold accessories that regular minifigs could.
The builds themselves were cute and as an 80s child whose favorite back in the day was The Little Mermaid, I did like the extra builds for her!
Also loved the tiny Casita. It's my second micro Casita (the first being from the Magic of Disney set) and I will do infinite micro Casitas because they are adorable every time.

December 2, 2024So I bought this calander for my 3 year old daughter as her 1st lego Advent calander and was shocked when she opened it yesterday and all I saw was disappointment in her face when she look up at me holding a tiny grogu/groot sized moana figure. She looked up and asked me what do I do with it ? I didn't know what to tell her she looked so sad she just put it back in the box and went on with her day I felt so bad for her. Lego how can you charge the same as a star wars calander for this joke the builds are lame and the dolls are a joke so much for "only the best is good enough"? Put context on this I have the starwars calander and this morning I let her open my second door she opened it got a leia minifigure and spent the morning playing with leia meanwhile tiny moana sits in her box I think it's a disgrace buying a premium product and have to try and explain to a disappointed Three year old why there are no proper figures in her set paying the disney tax is bad enough but uv pink taxed this because you think little girls won't complain, well as a parent and a lego fan who got his 1st set in 1989 this is a complete disgrace ! I can tell you I won't be buying this next year for my daughter unless it has proper mini Dolls again this is the same price as starwars marvel and Harry Potter but there's no comparison between them I have Harry and star wars they good this one literally has no positives I can say about it very disappointed lego I wish I could show you her disappointment I not Happy as my child is sad because you want to cut corners and save money thing need to change lego

November 30, 2024My kids absolutely loved this advent calendar obviously they did not do it over the span of 24 days lol they did it all in three lol the only thing I would say was they were disappointed was they thought it was gonna have all the princesses in it and it did not! But it was awesome to get a little surprise to build every single day. It was always something like a person and landscape. I would one million percent recommend! And I actually went and bought another one to give them!
Dont waste your money

December 4, 2024I wasn’t expecting the characters to be so so small. Micro mini size compared to regular mini figures. No Belle, no Merida. Why does something somewhat marketed to female children need to be the Lego friends style. Why can’t girls be represented in the traditional Lego style? This set is lame and condescending. Don’t waste your money.
